Main Steps of Structure Erection

  • Foundation Inspection
  • Check the concrete foundation, anchor bolts, and levels before starting erection.
  • Column Erection
  • Steel columns are lifted using a crane and fixed to the anchor bolts on the foundation.
  • Beam / Rafter Erection
  • Beams or rafters are installed on top of the columns to create the main frame of the structure.
  • Bracing Installation
  • Bracings are installed to provide stability and strength to the structure.
  • Purlin and Girt Fixing
  • Z Purlin / C Purlin are installed on the roof.
  • Girts are installed on the walls.
