Main Steps of Structure Fabricatio

  • Design and Drawing
  • Engineers prepare detailed drawings showing the size, shape, and specifications of the steel structure.
  • Material Cutting
  • Steel plates, H-beams, channels, and angles are cut to the required size using machines like gas cutters or CNC cutting machines.
  • Drilling and Punching
  • Holes are made in the steel members for bolts and connections.
  • Welding and Assembly
  • Different steel parts are joined together using welding to form columns, beams, rafters, and other structural members.
  • Surface Cleaning
  • The steel surface is cleaned by grinding or shot blasting to remove rust and impurities.
  • Painting or Coating
  • Primer paint or protective coating is applied to prevent rust and corrosion
  • Quality Inspection
  • The fabricated components are checked for size, welding quality, and strength.
  • Dispatch to Site After inspection, the fabricated structures are transported to the construction site for structure erection.
