Z Purlin

Z Purlin

Z Purlin is commonly used in steel structures and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). It is installed horizontally between the main frames (like rafters or columns) to hold the roof panels or wall cladding. Z-purlins help distribute the load from the roof sheets to the main structure

This Z shape allows the purlins to overlap at the ends, which increases strength and makes the structure more stable
